HH Ferries Group has appointed Åsa Linde Tornée Head of HR with overall responsibility of recruiting, developing and retaining employees on the Helsingborg-Helsingör route.
Åsa Linde Tornée takes up the position as Head of HR on 1 March 2018 from her current position as owner of a consultancy and interim HR Director at the Doro Group. At HH Ferries Group, she will leverage her strategic and operational experiences from 25 years in several HR positions with an emphasis on leadership and organisational development.

Until 2017, Åsa Linde Tornée was responsible for logistics group Bring’s Swedish HR center, which had 10 employees providing HR services to 2,000 colleagues in 12 Swedish companies and cooperating closely with the group’s Danish and Finnish business units. She was initially responsible for establishing the center, which has ensured higher quality and efficiency through centralisation of a number of HR functions.

Åsa Linde Tornée holds a BA in Law from Lund University and additional education in labour law from Stockholm University and social anthropology and personnel administration from Malmö University.Read more
