Award-winning Helsingborg restaurant Gastro takes to sea this summer. For six weeks, the restaurant is transformed into a floating gastronomic experience on Öresund in cooperation with Scandlines Helsingborg-Helsingör.
Helsingborg gourmet restaurant Gastro has been among the city’s most prominent restaurants for years, renowned for its lunch and dinner courses. The restaurant now cooperates with Scandlines Helsingborg-Helsingör to launch the summer concept Gastro at sea. The ambition is to entice an already loyal target audience to visit the restaurant at sea as well as to attract new guests from Denmark and Sweden – guests looking to expand their culinary horizon in the Öresund region.
Gastro at sea will reside at Danish ferry Tycho Brahe from 4 July. Wednesday through Saturday, a special set menu is served, which is signed by restaurant Gastro and prepared by its skilled staff. Menu and wine list will titillate the taste buds, owner of restaurant Gastro, Per Dahlberg, promises.
